About
Lotte Pearl is London based writer/composer/actor. She trained at The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and founded the theatre company Pearl Whirl Productions.
Her first musical The Emu War: A New Musical debuted at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2024.
It was one of eight shows to receive a nomination for 'Best New Musical' by Musical Theatre Review.
The Quintessential Review called it "Utterly entertaining and genuinely original", whilst Theatre & Tonic said it had a "stunning book and performance that wouldn't be out of place in the West End.".
EdFringeReview said about Pearl's performance that 'the audience were genuinely blown away by the combination of vocal power and unhinged characterisation'.
